phlex therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) respects the privacy rights of our online visitors and is committed to protecting your personal information. What Is Personal Information?

Log Files

Your Credit Card Number; Shipping and Billing Data
We use a third-party payment processor to process your credit card information and complete your transaction. We do not receive or have access to your credit card information or other personal information used to complete your purchase with the third-party payment processor. The third-party payment processor may collect additional information from you, and will be responsible for maintaining your information in accordance with its own terms and conditions.
Your Contact Information
We do not sell or share your phone number. Contact information provided on the order form and/or via the Website is used for shipping purposes and promotions from Company. From time to time, we may make your e-mail address available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. You may also opt-in to or opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us and/or our partners from time to time.
Use of Cookies or Other Means of Collecting Information

Information collected by the Company is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public and that are only accessible by authorized employees or contractors. We also have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control (i.e., maintain data quality).

Assignment
We reserve the right to transfer any and all information that we collect from our visitors to a third party in the event that we sell or transfer substantially all of our assets related to the web site to such third party.

Company makes no representation that this policy and our practices comply with the laws of any other country or jurisdiction.
